JULIE SHROYER

Julie has spent over 30 years in the real estate industry. She has worked for the two largest title insurers in the country (Chicago Title and First American Title) and has managed operations throughout Northern California. Her sphere of influence stretches from Bakersfield to Tahoe City and encompasses over 22 counties within the region. She has managed over 50 sales professionals in the Residential, Commercial and Builder Divisions. She was responsible for leading one of the most profitable Division’s in the nation and assisted in creating and building the #1 branch in the Country for a National Lender. She is currently VP of Growth and Development at Placer Title Company.

She is a graduate of Sacramento State University and resides in Granite Bay. She enjoys snow and water skiing, high school football and baseball, attending country concerts and wine tasting in the foothills. She was featured on the Dr. Oz show for her TIKTOK channel – “Fabover50”. She currently has a social media reach of over 300,000 active users. 

Her children inspire her and have given her much to be proud of. Her son was a MaxPreps All American wide receiver for Folsom High School and at 16 was part of the first Jr. Cyclist team to finish the Race Across America. (A 3000+ mile cycling race from San Diego to Annapolis Maryland.) Her daughter was a Colligate National Champion representing Arizona State University in women’s wakeboarding and is now an influencer and Inventor of “Bib Belts” an international Snow Board product.
