Danny Tarkanian

Danny Tarkanian is a former collegiate basketball player, attorney, and business leader with a lifelong connection to high-level athletics. The son of legendary UNLV coach Jerry Tarkanian, he played for the nationally ranked Runnin’ Rebels before being drafted by the San Antonio Spurs. After earning his law degree, Tarkanian spent several years as a practicing attorney before transitioning into coaching alongside his father at Fresno State, where the program reached the postseason each year. He later moved into business, founding a successful real estate investment company and co-founding the Tarkanian Basketball Academy. Drawing from his diverse experiences in sports, law, and entrepreneurship, Tarkanian speaks on leadership, discipline, and building success across multiple arenas.
