Eric Kronberg

Eric Kronberg is a former Major League Soccer goalkeeper and current Division I coach with over a decade of professional playing experience. A 12-year MLS veteran, he played for Sporting Kansas City and the Montreal Impact, earning both an MLS Cup and U.S. Open Cup championship during his career. Following his time on the field, Kronberg transitioned into coaching, working with Sacramento Republic FC, Portland Timbers 2, and now the University of Portland, where he develops elite goalkeepers and mentors student-athletes. Known for his leadership, resilience, and commitment to growth, he shares valuable insights on perseverance, teamwork, and performing at the highest level.
