Jay Flores

Jay Flores is a Division I assistant coach at the University of Montana with nearly a decade of experience helping build one of the Big Sky Conference’s most consistent and successful programs. During his tenure, Montana has captured multiple conference championships, made NCAA Tournament appearances, and compiled a winning record every season, including one of the best stretches in program history. Known for his expertise in recruiting, player development, and academic leadership, Flores has helped develop all-conference athletes while also guiding teams to outstanding success in the classroom. A former conference MVP and professional player, he brings a unique perspective on leadership, discipline, and high-performance culture, delivering impactful messages on teamwork, growth, and accountability to every audience he reaches.
